Biography
Terry is a Certified Financial Planning practitioner with over 30 years of experience working with clients and developing financial plans customized to each client’s unique circumstances. His consultative approach allows clients flexibility in plan design in addition to the action steps to achieve their goals.
Terry is a graduate from the University of Michigan. He began his career in the financial services at the Chicago Board of Trade before working with clients at American Express Financial Advisors. He served in both advisory and managerial capacities at Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley before joining Cambridge Investment Research, an Independent Broker Dealer and Registered Investment Advisor.
As Chief Investment Strategist at Forth Financial, Terry helps clients by managing investment selections and navigating the complexities of investment markets, the use of protected or hedged investment strategies, retirement distributions, and taxes.
He is an avid golfer who enjoys travel, the Arts, and literature. His wife, Janis, is the Director of Visitor Experiences and the North Carolina Museum of Art and his 3 adult children Wes, Augie, and Annabelle are graduates of both University of South Carolina and East Carolina University.
